As readers and writers, we love exploring texts and seeing what tools authors use to make us want to read their books.
Year 2 have loved meeting real authors and dressing up as their favourite characters.
In Year 5 we have been reading The Maze Runner by James Dashner.
We created our own stories based on this text but we had to invent our own mazes first!
We make sure that our book corners are amazing places to curl up and read in.
